Our data center maintains direct connections to four tier 1 Internet backbones. If any Internet backbone fails, all traffic to that Internet backbone will be automatically switched to other Internet backbones. Our IP Network is powered by redundant, super reliable, and high capacity Cisco and Juniper data center routers and switches.
Fast Hardware Replacement
We keep a large inventory of x86 servers and parts on-site at our Data Center. In the event of your colocation server failures, you can buy or loan servers or parts from us. Any repair or replace the failed equipment will be done immediately.
Redundant Power Sources
With A+B power configuration, your VMware dedicated server is connected to two parallel power sources: parallel power generators, parallel power UPSes, parallel power PDUs;
